Hi, my name is Grandma Linda. Chihuahuas have been the love of my life since I was aware of what a dog was, and this was back in the '40's. I remember going to my Grandma's house and being surrounded by loving little dogs, as well as in our own house. Chihuahuas were always important members of the family and everywhere we went, they went. I now have Grandchildren that share these same wonderful values and habits.
Breeding for quality has been, and still is my priority. There is usually a waiting list for certain dogs. The photos herein represent the quality that you can expect from Grandma's House of Little Paws.
These photos are all my family owned dogs, unless unwise stated. I don't post photos of puppies that are available, until they are at least 8 weeks old, because their looks change rapidly. The puppy you see a photo of one day, may look considerable different in a few weeks, which could conceivably cause you to think it wasn't the puppy you expected, or bought. Some of the photos posted are to give you a general idea of what your puppy may look like as an adult. If you like the photos you see here, let me know.If you are looking for quality in your next puppy, then you will definitely want to purchase from a breeder who has the expertise that you are counting on. Remember, anyone can be a breeder and the Internet is full of 'breeders' listings. It makes no difference to me if you don't purchase from me, I would just like you to select a puppy from a person with a strong reputation and stands behind their dogs, so you will be completely satisfied and not have to deal with heart ache.

All our dogs are AKC registered. Some of the new babies are headed for the show ring. We are so excited, two of our last year's babies are already working on their titles.
We have some new family members, that maybe you haven't meet before. There are also some new babies in the playyard, just waiting for you to meet them.

We are a closed facility, so we can protect our babies and my special children from traveling germs. I'm willing to meet you at my Vet's office near by, so you can see the puppy/puppies/dogs you might be interested in. Remember, with gas prices being what they are, I may have more than one person meeting there at one time.
We offer delivery and shipping service. We also have a "Nanny Delivery Service" available to certain areas.
Contact me if you need shipping. The size of the puppy will determine when they are ready for shipping, not their age. Super Tiny's have to be picked up personally or "Nanny Shipped".
When you purchase a puppy or dog from us we will supply you with the registration application. If there is a delay in getting the paperwork from AKC we will supply you with a copy of parents papers and a Bill of Sale. Then within 120 days you will have the application to send in a long with a letter from me explaining the delay in deivery of said paperwork.
All pups are sold with limited registration and spay/neuter contract, unless otherwise stated or other arrangements are made.
As a breeder I'm always working to keep my lines perfect, strong and in check, so at times I will be placing some of my breeders or show hopefuls into "pet homes". I choose these homes very carefully.
PLEASE NOTE: The rescued pups and dogs have their own protocal and do not qualify for registration and long term health guarantee, as we don't know their back ground in most cases. We do have them cleared by our Vet. before they are placed.
